3. Can the Sunscape LED SOLO PRO be used for both vegetative and flowering stages?

• Answer: Yes, the SOLO series lighting fixture fully spectrum tunable through three separate spectrum dimmers, allowing optimization for far-red, deep-red, blue, and full spectrums of light to maximize plant growth during both vegetative and flowering stages​. It is optimized for small-scale and home grows by being a two in one light fixture accommodating both lighting requirements for veg and flower cycles.

4. What are the power requirements for the Sunscape LED SOLO PRO?

• Answer: The light operates at an input voltage range of 100-277V or 277-480V. It has different current requirements based on the voltage: see the specs given above for your model fixture.

5. How much heat does the Sunscape LED SOLO PRO lighting fixture generate?

• Answer: Sunscape LED lights are designed to be energy-efficient and produce minimal heat compared to traditional lighting options. However, it is still important to maintain proper ventilation to ensure optimal growing conditions​.

6. What is the power consumption of the Sunscape LED SOLO PRO?

• Answer: The Sunscape LED SOLO PRO has an initial power consumption of 750 watts and a holding power consumption of 740 watts.

7. How does the Sunscape LED SOLO PRO compare to traditional HPS lighting?

• Answer: The SOLO PRO outperforms equivalent wattage HPS systems in grow yields, yield quality, and energy savings. It has a higher efficacy and provides more consistent results due to its spectrum tunability​. Our lights additionally have a higher PPFD(photosynthetic photon flux density) than competing equivalent wattage HPS lighting fixtures. While traditional HPS lights can achieve a PPFD value at canopy level of 900u/mol, Sunscape LED SOLO PRO fixtures average 900u/mol PPFD at canopy level and have been recorded as high as 1679u/mol.

8. What is the expected lifespan of the Sunscape LED SOLO PRO?

• Answer: The SOLO PRO has an expected lifespan of over 150,000 hours (17 years), ensuring long-term use and reliability​. 

9. Do Sunscape LED lights support dimming?

• Answer: Yes, the SOLO PRO supports 0-10V dimming, allowing for precise control of light intensity to meet specific plant needs throughout different growth stages. This dimming feature is available with all 3 light spectrums red, blue, and orange. The spectrum tunability enables users to grow both vegetative and flower cycles with the same lighting fixture.

10. How do I maintain and clean the Sunscape LED SOLO PRO?

• Answer: Regular maintenance involves keeping the light clean and free from dust and debris. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the surface avoiding use of harsh chemicals. Additionally if the lights are very dirty they have an IP66 rating and can be pressure washed.

• Answer: The SOLO PRO comes with a 5-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects and performance issues

16. Are dimmers/controllers included in the purchase price of the light fixture?

• Answer: No. We have two controller/dimmer options: one is our touchscreen 4-channel C4PO, priced at $300, which is suitable for small-scale operations and home grows. The other is the R2D3 commercial temperature/humidity controller, priced at $2300, aimed at large-scale commercial cannabis cultivation.

17. What are the rebate options and requirements for Sunscape LED light fixtures?

• Answer: Due to changing legislation and energy jurisdiction disparities, contact a Sunscape LED representative to see if rebate options are available.

18. Beyond basic product functions is there a user manual or resource for Sunscape LED lighting fixture products and temperature/humidity controllers?
